In the cellar

The cellar has been modified over the years, with the object to “respect” our grapes and our wine.

The vinification and the ageing cellar were developed in this way.

During the harvest comes the long-awaited vinification where the wine will find its style, elaborated by the winemaker, who will bring to the fore the terroir and the grape varieties.

A part of the winery is in stainless steel and another part in concrete tanks.

The equipment takes into account the importance of temperature control.

Not a lot of wood is used in our wines. We prefer that the wines express the grape varieties, the terroir, and the vintage.

Whatever ageing process is chosen, the birth of a wine requires a lot of patience.

Opening hours

Monday – Thursday : from 8am to 12 and from 1:30pm to 5:30pm

Friday : from 8am to 12 and from 1:30pm to 4pm

On Saturday by appointment.
