The “Domaine Tour Saint-Michel” was
  created by Michel Fabre in 1930.


  Today, it's Henri Fabre and his daughter, Mireille, who exploit the 40 hectares of the field!

   The vines, of 30 years an average age, are located in the Southern district of name. The major Type of vine used for the reds, on the field is “Grenache” (approximately 80%) which comes to be assembled in Syrah (approximately 15%) whereas “Cinsault” and “Mourvèdre” divide the 5% remainder. For the white, the type of vines are white
“Grenache” (50%) and the “Clairette” (50%).
